Autumn Celebration · United in Strength!— A Joint Event that Ignited the Entire Venue
As autumn deepened, a multidimensional event combining an Open Day,Competition, and Birthday Celebration kicked off vibrantly at the company’s basketball court. Colleagues and their families gathered together, capturing warm and joyful moments that belong to our big Rishang family.
The event began with a guided tour of the industrial park. Led by staff members, families explored everything from the efficiently operating production workshops to the showroom displaying our core products, and from the tidy office areas to the cozy employee cafeteria. Everyone enjoyed an immersive experience of our company’s operations and cultural atmosphere. Children asked curious questions, paused to observe, and filled the space with laughter—quietly bridging the distance between home and the workplace.
After the tour, the second Fun Tug-of-War Competition officially kicked off. General Manager Lu attended the event and delivered an opening speech. Six teams made a powerful entrance with their team slogans: the Red Sun Team and Mountain Movers Team from Manufacturing Dept. 1, the Peak Assault Team and Mount Tai Team from Manufacturing Dept. 2, and the Wild Wolf Battleship Team and United for Win Team formed by office staff. Team members geared up energetically, radiating confidence and spirit.
Meanwhile, the “Kids Cheer Squad” stole the spotlight — holding mini tug-of-war ropes, pulling with all their might and shouting “Come on!” in adorable little voices, instantly melting hearts and warming up the entire atmosphere.
With the referee’s whistle, the finals began! Competitors gripped the rope tightly, leaned back with force, and dug their heels firmly into the ground. On the sidelines, cheers and shouts thundered through the venue. After several intense rounds, Manufacturing Dept. 1’s “Mountain Movers Team” claimed the championship with strong teamwork, perfectly demonstrating the true power of unity.
Beyond the competition, interactive games were equally popular. At the ring-toss station, adults and children participated together, earning prizes with precise throws. At the puzzle station, two-person teams cooperated seamlessly to reassemble the company logo—showcasing both teamwork and efficiency.
Midway through the event, the birthday song began to play softly. Q4 celebrants made wishes together and cut a sweet birthday cake. The aroma of cream blended with cheerful blessings, doubling the sense of happiness in the air.
Though the joyful moments were brief, the warmth and strength will last. This event not only showcased the courage and spirit of our colleagues, but also built a meaningful bridge between families and the company.
