Rishang Optoelectronics has modern production bases in Shenzhen and Thailand. Rishang has fully obtained quality management system certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and IATF16949. In recent years, the company has invested a large amount of funds to carry out intelligent manufacturing and digital upgrading and transformation of its factories, fully realizing lean production. Rishang developed independently the 1st full-automatic SMT module production line and the 1st LED strip automatic glue-dispensing and curing production line in China. Established the earliest and most complete fully automated COB flex strip production line in China。And we also have SMD LED encapsulation division. With over 30,000 square meters of modern, intelligent production workshops, we provide stable product quality and production capacity to customers worldwide.

Rishang has set up a TÜV key lab and the first lighting environment monitor and testing center in China. From LED encapsulation to product development in accordance with the IPD process, and daily production quality control, a set of strict reliability test standards from the basic parameters, such as optical, electrical, and thermal parameters of the product and environmental reliability testing, product accelerated lifespan test.
